"The Lesson in the Pain"

Yesterday I spoiled myself with a full Thai body massage — the kind that presses deep into every hidden ache.  It hurts while it’s happening, yet somehow, when it’s over, you feel amazing.  The pain drains away,

and in its place — lightness.

And I thought… isn’t life the same?

We wrestle with moments that bruise and stretch us, not realising they are shaping us.We ache in the middle of it, but the release only comes after the surrender.

So I remind myself...  Stay in the moment, even when it stings.  Breathe through it. Because you can’t move forward until the lesson has loosened its grip, and the ache has taught you how to let go.

And here, in Thailand,

I feel those lessons working their quiet magic.

Each sunrise, each kindness, each still breath

is softening something inside me.  This journey is healing me — slowly, gently, in ways I didn’t know I needed.

And I am full of grace, grateful for the chance to become whole again.

I am so blessed to be here, undertaking this journey that is teaching me how to return to myself.

And, as always, the Hart will Lead❤️
